Diwali Festival
Diwali Festival is celebrated every year. Students decorate their rooms and the campus respectively. Goddess laxmi is worshipped by the staff and students
Sehaj Path
Teej Festival
Teej Festival is celebrated in the campus every year in month of July. Student’s present different items like Giddha, Songs and dance and other art and craft activities were also organized.
Women Empowerment
Our college has relatively long and totally successful history of catering to the students about the need of “Women Empowerment” . Our college organizes a function every year in November to aware the women about their rights and teach them how to utilize their inner powers.
Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle
A unit of Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle is formed in our college. An exam is held every year by the Director of Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle to promote the moral values in the students. The camps are organized every year by this organisation from last 33 years. It is a matter of pride for us to proclaim that our student Harpreet Kaur of B.A-III got first position in the distt. Fatehgarh Sahib in the exam held by this organization.
Tree Plantation
Tree plantation is organized every year in our college campus. All students and staff members of the college join this ceremony in college premises
General Medical Camp
A General Medical Checkup Camp is organized every year in the college in the last week of December. Last year, it was organized by Gur Ashish Charitable Trust. Sh. Gurpreet Singh alias Raju Khanna (Chariman- Gur Ashish Charitable Trust) and Ms.Paramjeet Kaur Landran (Women Commission,Punjab) were the chief Guests in this camp.
Eye Camp
College has history to proclaim that free eye check up camp is organized every year in college campus. Dr. D.S. Dhami(Eye Securgon) visit every year at the end of December to examine the patients.
Awareness On Road Safety
The college organizes an extension lecture to aware the students about Road Safety every year. The focus is given to the need for prioritization of road safety education with a focus on issues like drunk driving, driving test, negligent and rash driving.
